Kathy Prince Chairman Prince Land Services	Prince Land Development is a rapidly growing Central-Florida company that has the ability to conquer virtually any project, large or small, at any location throughout Florida. Jeff Brandes Vice Chairman Tibbetts Holdings, LLC	Mr. Jeffrey Brandes is responsible for overseeing the real estate investments of the Linton N. Tibbetts family. The Tibbetts family has been involved in the real estate and building supply business in Florida and the Cayman Islands for over 60 years; first with Cox Lumber, which was sold in 2006 to Home Depot Supply, and currently with Tibbetts Lumber. Prior to his current position, Jeff was a U.S. Army officer and served in Iraq in 2004. Mr. Brandes is a Certified Property Manager and is involved with various local boards including the Christian Legacy Foundation, the Institute of Real Estate Management West Coast Chapter, and the Haines City Economic Development Council. A lifelong native of St. Petersburg and with strong roots in the Cayman Islands, Mr. Brandes is a graduate of Leadership St. Pete and the Chair of Leadership Cayman.
Eileen Holden Secretary President, Polk Community College	Eileen Holden became President of Polk State College in February 2006 and brought to PSC and Polk County 23 years of community college experience as an instructor and administrator. She was inaugurated on Sept. 7, 2007. From 2001 to 2006, Dr. Holden served as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Technical Education at Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From 1987 to 2001, she worked at Palm Beach Community College as a Program Manager, Division Chair, and Dean for Academic Affairs. Dr. Holden also served as a faculty member at community colleges in Washington and Texas. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Education and a doctorate in Higher Education Administration. Dr. Holden currently serves on the Board of Directors for Polk Works, Polk Vision, Polk Museum of Art, United Way of Central Florida, Central Florida Development Council, Volunteers in Service to the Elderly, Habitat for Humanity, Women's Resource Center, East Polk Committee of 100, Heart of Florida Advisory Board, and Winter Haven Hospital Board. She also represents Polk State College as a member of the Lakeland Economic Development Council, Lakeland Vision, Bartow Committee of 100, Auburndale Chamber of Commerce, Bartow Chamber of Commerce, Frostproof Chamber of Commerce, Haines City Chamber of Commerce, Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, and the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. On the statewide level, Dr. Holden serves as chair of the Policy and Advocacy Committee for the Florida College System Council of Presidents. She is active in the Florida Association of Community Colleges and has served as the President of the Florida Community College Activities Association.
Marc Allegre Treasurer Cellynne Holdings	Marc Allegre has been a partner of Cellynne Holdings since 1990. He has served as Executive Vice President of the Company for 20 years. Mr. Allegre is responsible for administrative management of the Company and serves as the company CFO/COO. Previous experience includes several years in sales in the duty free markets in North America and owner/manager of a restaurant in Miami Florida. Allegre holds a Masters in Law from the University of Aix en Provence, France. Cellynne Holdings is headquartered in Haines City, Florida and is one of the largest independent paper converters in North America with three manufacturing locations in Florida, Wisconsin and Nevada. The Company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and conversion of jumbo parent rolls into smaller, more commercially useable paper products such as toilet tissue and paper towels. The Company serves both the Away-From-Home ("AFH") and the At-Home ("AH") market segments. Recently, the Company expanded into the At-Home or Retail market segment with both private label products and its own branded products. Additionally, the Company markets and distributes AFH paper dispensers and other paper accessories.
Rod Connelly Past Chairman Civix	President and founder of the company, Rod Connelly has been active in residential, commercial, and retail developments in both the Australian and United States markets over the past 35 years. After graduating from the University of Adelaide in South Australia in 1972, he was appointed project manager with Lend Lease Corporation, one of the largest construction and development companies in the world. In 1978, Mr. Connelly was selected to oversee operations for Lend Lease in Florida. In 1983, Rod was offered the management role of the Lend Lease Office in Singapore, which he gracefully declined, having made the decision to venture into property development. Utilizing the knowledge acquired during his Lend Lease tenure, Rod formed the company, which today goes under the Civix brand, and pursued multiple opportunities in the growth areas of West Coast Florida. Since those early days, Civix has grown into a widely recognized name in the industry. Mr. Connelly increased the business based on the foundation of aligning common interests of all stakeholders irrespective of the project type or pursuit. To quote his mentor, Dick Dusseldorp, founder of Lend Lease "There are two things in life. You can be out for the maximum amount of profit you can possibly squeeze from your effort or you can aim at a reasonable profit and have a feeling that you leave something behind." Rod adds, "with great satisfaction if your efforts provide sustained employment for people in the community in which you do business."
Garrett Kenny CEO Feltrim Development	Garrett Kenny is a life long entrepreneur having first set up his own logistics business in Ireland soon after finishing school. He built this business into a very successful enterprise and subsequently set up Feltrim Developments to exploit his knowledge gained in the logistics business to develop warehousing and office units near Dublin Airport in Ireland. In 2001, he acquired a Coldwell Banker franchise and Coldwell Banker Team Realty was established. Operating from two offices in Davenport and Haines City, CBTR has sold in excess of $600 million of real estate and currently has over 40 sales agents and staff and has been developed by Garrett into a multi award winning franchise. With proven property development expertise resulting from the successful completion of commercial developments in Ireland, property development in Florida came as a natural, extension of CBTR's activities and as a result of Garrett's eye for a deal. He has built Feltrim Developments into a property development company with significant financial scale with exciting growth prospects. Even with the trying markets of 2008/2009,we closed out 221 units in our very latest condo resort project,called TUSCANA (see www.tuscana.net) this project saw the Feltrim team close out $65million of condo sales in a very tough market.
Jay Finnegan CEO Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center	Jay Finnegan is the Chief Executive Officer of Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Haines City. Mr. Finnegan joined the the hospital's parent company , Health Management Associates, in May 1999 as the Chief Executive Officer of Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2005, Mr. Finnegan was promoted to Vice President while overseeing Washington state hospital operations. In 2007, Mr. Finnegan was promoted to Senior Vice President and Division Seven President managing Health Management Associates hospitals in Pennsylvania and Washington. In 2009, Mr Finnegan returned to Florida where he spent most of his earlier career to serve as CEO of one HMA's fastest growing and successful hospitals, Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center. Mr. Finnegan has been employed in healthcare for 28 years, all in positions of executive leadership. Mr. Finnegan's executive management experience includes positions in a not-for-profit hospital system, investor owned hospital company HCA and the last ten years with HMA. Mr. Finnegan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Belmont Abbey College in Charlotte, North Carolina and his Masters of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Finnegan is married to Beth, his wife of 28 years, and has three adult children and two grandchildren.
Ken Wuenschell Senior VP Pre-Construction WELBRO	Senior Vice President of Pre-construction at WELBRO Construction in Maitland, FL. WELBRO has been serving the Southeast commercial construction market since 1979. What started as a small commercial construction company, through partnership and collaboration is today ranked as one of the nations top contractors by Engineering News Record (ENR). WELBRO is a dominant force in the hotel/hospitality, education and commercial office markets, as well as retail/commercial and special use facilities. By putting client needs first, WELBRO has demonstrated repeatedly that the success of a project, or a company, comes as a result of caring and competence. Tangible proof of WELBRO's superior client service is that, in an industry plagued with litigation, and with over one billion dollars of construction in place, WELBRO has never litigated with a client.
Jerry Miller Progress Energy	Jerry has 28 years in the electric utility business. He started his career working in energy conservation for Florida Power Corporation and received certification as a residential and commercial energy auditor and also received his Certified Energy Manager designation. He worked as a National Account Manager where he was responsible for some of the largest customers on the system. These include the University of Florida, AT&T, Alcoa, Florida Hospital and Florida's Natural Growers. When Florida Power combined with Carolina Power & Light in 2001, he was named Community Relations Manager for Polk, Lake, Highlands and Hardee counties for Progress Energy. His current responsibilities include governmental relations where he manages franchise and territorial agreements, local and county ordinances, escalated customer issues, local media and company involvement in local communities. His responsibilities also include corporate philanthropy throughout the four counties. He is involved in the community and serves on the boards of many local organizations such as Central Florida Development Council (incoming President), Haines City Economic Development Council, East Polk Committee of 100 (past president), Central Florida Partnership Transportation Task Force, Polk Education Foundation Board, Polk State College Foundation Board, Haines City Chamber of Commerce Board. He is a past Lake Wales Chamber President. Jerry graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has completed Leadership Development programs at Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jerry is a Polk County Pioneer family and his children are 6th generation Polk County. He married to Lori and they have four boys - Matthew, 25; Hunter and Drew, 20; Sam, 16.
Wayne Lewis Vice President & Director Haines City CGA	Wayne Lewis is originally from Haines City, but now lives in Thonotosassa FL. Mr. Lewis is a Vice President and Director of Haines City Citrus Growers Association. He is also the President of Lewis & Associates, Inc in Tampa FL which provides instrumentation and control systems to Heavy Industry in Florida. He also has Real Estate investments that he manages.
Jane Patton Executive Director Haines City Regional Chamber of Commerce	After over four decades living in the Pacific Northwest, Jane moved to Haines City in 2001 with her husband, Tom. Jane held the position of assistant public works director for the City for over two years, then accepted a marketing position with BCI Engineering. In January 2005 Jane was hired as president of the Haines City-Northeast Polk County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Prior to moving to Florida, Jane worked for seven years in marketing and as an industrial recruiter with the Tri-City Industrial Development Council, five years in Sprint's engineering department, and five years in the accounting and engineering departments of Kearney Western Power Products. Jane has twice owned her own business, a construction/remodeling company and a trade show equipment manufacturer. Jane was born in Corvallis, Oregon, graduated from Hood River High School and attended Portland State University. Married to Tom, they have three grown children and three grandchildren.
Joanna Wilkinson Vice Mayor City of Haines City	Joanna Wilkinson moved to Haines City in 1968 with her husband, Delane, and three children. She was elected to the City Commission in 1996 and is currently serving her fourth consecutive four-year term. Commissioner Wilkinson served as Mayor for 1999-2000, 2005-2006 and 2009-2010. Commissioner Wilkinson retired from First Union National Bank as Vice President of Operations for Polk, Pasco and Highlands counties. In 1999 she was the recipient of the Haines City Chamber of Commerce's "Citizen of Year" Award and currently serves as a member of the Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust (PGIT) Board of Trustees.
Anthony Baker Pastor Covenant Community Church	Anthony Baker is the Pastor at Covenant Community Church and is the Haines City EDC Area Representative for Revitalization.
Steve Huie Realtor Town & Country Real Estate	Steve Huie is a Realtor at Town & Country Real Estate in Winter Haven, Florida. He is also the Haines City EDC Area Representative for the CFDC.
Ann Toney-Deal City Manager City of Haines City	Ann Toney-Deal is a native Floridian. She received her Bachelor and Masters Degrees from the University of Florida. She has been the City Manager of Haines City for 18 years. Prior to coming to Haines City, she served as a Management Intern for the City of West Palm Beach, Assistant City Manager of Boynton Beach, and Deputy City Manager of North Miami Beach. In 2002, Ann was among the first City Managers in the nation to become credentialed as a Professional City Manager by the International City and County Management Association. She is a Past President of the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA). The FCCMA is the second largest local government management organization in the United States and the third largest in the world. She has recently been appointment to a 3-year term on the FCCMA Ethics Committee. Locally, she serves on the Polk Vision Steering Committee, Polk County Impact Fee Advisory Committee, is a Member and Past-Chairman of the Polk County City and County Management Association; and Past President of the Palm Beach County City and County Management Association.
Steve Shealey President Envisors	Steve has more than 30 years of engineering design, construction management and project management experience including over 14 years of public sector experience in Utilities, Transportation, and Solid Waste. Specific areas of his experience and expertise encompass: Land Development; Environmental Impact Analyses; Water and Wastewater Treatment; Wastewater Collection and Water Distribution; Solid Waste Management; and Construction Management and Inspection.
Larry Baldwin Owner Arcade Properties, Inc.	Larry Baldwin is Owner of Arcade Properties, he has multiple office/retail properties in the Haines City area that area available for sale or lease. Please contact the EDC office for more information.
Joe Ouellette Director of Administration ALDI, Inc.	ALDI Foods chose Haines City as the hub of it's growth in Central Florida- opening 24 stores across the state in 2008. Jack Barnhart Executive Director EPC 100	Before becoming the East Polk Committee of 100's Executive Director, Jack served as East Polk Resource Development Manager for United Way of Central Florida. He is still active with United Way of Central Florida as a community volunteer with various committees. Jack is an alumnus of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Class XXV and served as Chair of the Leadership Class XXVII. He is a graduate member of Polk Vision's Leadership Polk Class II. Jack was recognized as "Citizen of The Year", 2008 by United Way of Central Florida. He is active with the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce and the Haines City Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of Haines City Chamber's Education Committee. Jack has been a Day Chair for the Youth Leadership Program in past. Jack has coached youth sports for the City of Winter Haven and is a past Board member of the Sertoma Babe Ruth Baseball League. He has recently been selected to sit on the Winter Haven's YMCA Board. Prior to his position with the United Way, Jack worked for the Polk County Clerk of Courts as the Lakeland Branch Manager. Born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Jack attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He is married to Ann and they have two children, J.T and Jennifer. Jack enjoys playing golf, reading and listening to music.
