| Eileen Holden became President of Polk State College in February 2006 and brought to PSC and Polk County 23 years of community college experience as an instructor and administrator. She was inaugurated on Sept. 7, 2007. From 2001 to 2006, Dr. Holden served as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Technical Education at Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From 1987 to 2001, she worked at Palm Beach Community College as a Program Manager, Division Chair, and Dean for Academic Affairs. Dr. Holden also served as a faculty member at community colleges in Washington and Texas. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Education and a doctorate in Higher Education Administration. Dr. Holden currently serves on the Board of Directors for Polk Works, Polk Vision, Polk Museum of Art, United Way of Central Florida, Central Florida Development Council, Volunteers in Service to the Elderly, Habitat for Humanity, Women's Resource Center, East Polk Committee of 100, Heart of Florida Advisory Board, and Winter Haven Hospital Board. She also represents Polk State College as a member of the Lakeland Economic Development Council, Lakeland Vision, Bartow Committee of 100, Auburndale Chamber of Commerce, Bartow Chamber of Commerce, Frostproof Chamber of Commerce, Haines City Chamber of Commerce, Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, and the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. |

| President and founder of the company, Rod Connelly has been active in residential, commercial, and retail developments in both the Australian and United States markets over the past 35 years. After graduating from the University of Adelaide in South Australia in 1972, he was appointed project manager with Lend Lease Corporation, one of the largest construction and development companies in the world. In 1978, Mr. Connelly was selected to oversee operations for Lend Lease in Florida. In 1983, Rod was offered the management role of the Lend Lease Office in Singapore, which he gracefully declined, having made the decision to venture into property development. Utilizing the knowledge acquired during his Lend Lease tenure, Rod formed the company, which today goes under the Civix brand, and pursued multiple opportunities in the growth areas of West Coast Florida. Since those early days, Civix has grown into a widely recognized name in the industry. Mr. Connelly increased the business based on the foundation of aligning common interests of all stakeholders irrespective of the project type or pursuit. To quote his mentor, Dick Dusseldorp, founder of Lend Lease "There are two things in life. He built this business into a very successful enterprise and subsequently set up Feltrim Developments to exploit his knowledge gained in the logistics business to develop warehousing and office units near Dublin Airport in Ireland. In 2001, he acquired a Coldwell Banker franchise and Coldwell Banker Team Realty was established. Operating from two offices in Davenport and Haines City, CBTR has sold in excess of $600 million of real estate and currently has over 40 sales agents and staff and has been developed by Garrett into a multi award winning franchise. With proven property development expertise resulting from the successful completion of commercial developments in Ireland, property development in Florida came as a natural, extension of CBTR's activities and as a result of Garrett's eye for a deal. | Jay Finnegan is the Chief Executive Officer of Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Haines City. Mr. Finnegan joined the the hospital's parent company , Health Management Associates, in May 1999 as the Chief Executive Officer of Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2005, Mr. Finnegan was promoted to Vice President while overseeing Washington state hospital operations. In 2007, Mr. Finnegan was promoted to Senior Vice President and Division Seven President managing Health Management Associates hospitals in Pennsylvania and Washington. In 2009, Mr Finnegan returned to Florida where he spent most of his earlier career to serve as CEO of one HMA's fastest growing and successful hospitals, Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center. Mr. Finnegan has been employed in healthcare for 28 years, all in positions of executive leadership. Mr. Finnegan's executive management experience includes positions in a not-for-profit hospital system, investor owned hospital company HCA and the last ten years with HMA. Mr. Finnegan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Belmont Abbey College in Charlotte, North Carolina and his Masters of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Finnegan is married to Beth, his wife of 28 years, and has three adult children and two grandchildren.

| After over four decades living in the Pacific Northwest, Jane moved to Haines City in 2001 with her husband, Tom. Jane held the position of assistant public works director for the City for over two years, then accepted a marketing position with BCI Engineering. In January 2005 Jane was hired as president of the Haines City-Northeast Polk County Regional Chamber of Commerce.

| Joanna Wilkinson moved to Haines City in 1968 with her husband, Delane, and three children. She was elected to the City Commission in 1996 and is currently serving her fourth consecutive four-year term. Commissioner Wilkinson served as Mayor for 1999-2000, 2005-2006 and 2009-2010. Commissioner Wilkinson retired from First Union National Bank as Vice President of Operations for Polk, Pasco and Highlands counties. In 1999 she was the recipient of the Haines City Chamber of Commerce's "Citizen of Year" Award and currently serves as a member of the Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust (PGIT) Board of Trustees. |

| Ann Toney-Deal is a native Floridian. She received her Bachelor and Masters Degrees from the University of Florida. She has been the City Manager of Haines City for 18 years. Prior to coming to Haines City, she served as a Management Intern for the City of West Palm Beach, Assistant City Manager of Boynton Beach, and Deputy City Manager of North Miami Beach. In 2002, Ann was among the first City Managers in the nation to become credentialed as a Professional City Manager by the International City and County Management Association. She is a Past President of the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA). The FCCMA is the second largest local government management organization in the United States and the third largest in the world. She has recently been appointment to a 3-year term on the FCCMA Ethics Committee. Locally, she serves on the Polk Vision Steering Committee, Polk County Impact Fee Advisory Committee, is a Member and Past-Chairman of the Polk County City and County Management Association; and Past President of the Palm Beach County City and County Management Association. |

| Before becoming the East Polk Committee of 100's Executive Director, Jack served as Jack is an alumnus of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Class XXV and served as Chair of the Leadership Class XXVII. He is a graduate member of Polk Vision's Leadership Polk Class II. Jack was recognized as "Citizen of The Year", 2008 by United Way of Central Florida. He is active with the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce and the Haines City Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of Haines City Chamber's Education Committee. Jack has been a Day Chair for the Youth Leadership Program in past. Jack has coached youth sports for the City of Winter Haven and is a past Board member of the Sertoma Babe Ruth Baseball League. He has recently been selected to sit on the Winter Haven's YMCA Board. Prior to his position with the United Way, Jack worked for the Polk County Clerk of Courts as the Lakeland Branch Manager. Born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Jack attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He is married to Ann and they have two children, J.T and Jennifer.
