Mark your calendar City of Lake Alfred, FL! FDOT Southwest Florida will be hosting a Public Information Meeting on January 26, 2016 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the First Baptist Church Lake Alfred (280 E. Pierce Street). The project will construct a 12-foot wide pedestrian bridge over US 17/92 at the north end of the Lake Alfred Trail providing a connection from Lake Alfred Trail to the Chain of Lakes Trail in Winter Haven. This new bridge will be a key connector link in the proposed Old Dixie Trail.
